2010 Las Mejores Empresas para Trabajar® en México para Mujeres 2010
This is the third year that Great Place to Work Institute Mexico elaborates the Best Companies to Work For Women, published by Gestión magazine.
This list comes from the rankings which awards event and publication occurs in March / April. The selection of the companies on the list is based in the following criteria:
Quantitative
- Total number of women working in the company.
- Percentage of confidence on the part of women who answered the survey.
- Percentage of women managers and executives.
Qualitative
- The implementation of innovative practices focused on the development, health, maternity, etc, offered by the organization to assist women there.
• Participants included 165 companies that qualified in the rankings in March.
• There are 47 organizations on this list.
